Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year | Full-time
Campus BHC is seeking a compassionate and engaging Group Therapist to join our growing clinical team in Muncie. The Group Therapist will lead therapeutic groups, support individualized treatment planning, and work collaboratively with our clinical team to help clients build stability, resilience, and lasting recovery.
What You’ll Do
Lead engaging, evidence-based group therapy sessions. Complete clinical assessments and contribute to individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy addressing mental health, substance use, trauma, grief, behavioral concerns, and co-occurring conditions. Use evidence-based approaches including CBT and trauma-informed care. Collaborate with clinicians and other members of the treatment team to coordinate care. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record. Support clients experiencing crises using appropriate intervention and safety protocols. Participate in clinical quality improvement and program development.
What We’re Looking For
Experience providing individual or group psychotherapy. Strong group facilitation and client communication skills. Knowledge of behavioral health and/or substance use treatment. Experience with CBT, trauma-informed therapy, addiction counseling, grief counseling, or related modalities. Ability to complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical documentation. Understanding of HIPAA, confidentiality, and professional ethical standards. Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team. Experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is a plus.
